About Me
I am a User Experience Designer, currently working at Google in San Francisco.
Born and raised in India, I moved to the United States for a Master's in Human Computer Interaction and have been designing user friendly interfaces for the last five years. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!
I believe that any good design starts with research, an understanding of what the design challenge is, and what is success defined by.
I appreciate small, simple designs that solve everyday problems, like coffee sleeves, pizza boxes or Netflix's 'Skip Intro' button. Good design makes things easy but great design brings joy.
Fun Facts About Me:
1. I geek out on airplanes and frequently go plane spotting.
2. I speak five languages and am now learning my 6th.
3. I still think and comprehend in the metric system units (especially weather!)
4. Pigeons terrify me, I recently discovered the word for this - ornithophobia!
